Nick brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, along with a passion for helping people understand complex topics in simple, practical ways. He began his career with Waddell & Reed, Inc. after graduating from Hope College in Michigan, and spent many years working directly with individuals and families, as well as serving in various roles across the organization. He was also aligned with Ameriprise Financial earlier in his career.

In recent years, Nick has focused on education, communication, and coaching—helping people navigate change, improve everyday performance, and feel more confident in an increasingly digital world. He is a Certified John Maxwell speaker, coach, and trainer, a Certified Professional Business Coach, and a certified DISC trainer.

Nick enjoys breaking down topics like artificial intelligence into real-life examples you can relate to, showing how technology fits into daily routines—not just business. He is also the author of The Itch, a children’s book centered on curiosity and growth.
